Get ready for a day full of creativity, imagination, and hands-on fun!
In this one-day summer pottery workshop, kids will dive into the world of clay as they learn the basics of hand-building and sculpting. With guidance from friendly instructors, they’ll pinch, roll, and shape their very own pottery creations—anything from animals and monsters to mugs and mini-masterpieces!
The day includes:
- Creative clay activities
- Hands-on pottery techniques
- Outdoor breaks and walks on the farm (weather permitting)
- A take-home clay creation (once fired!)
No experience needed—just bring your imagination and a willingness to get a little messy! Perfect for kids of all ages, this is a great way to explore art, meet new friends, and make something special in just one day.
What is included (and not included)
Tea and coffee, water, tutoring and clay to work with on the day are included.
Please bring a packed lunch with you and maybe an apron (or wear old clothes). Children need to be accompanied by an adult.
If you make something you like, we can glaze and fire for you (firing costs depend on clay weight), and you can pick it up 3-4 weeks later, or arrange shipping
